Another one of our legendary and luxurious Plenitude Villas locations is our massive Villa Best Memories located at Windsor at Westside Resort in Kissimmee, Florida.
This incredibly spacious and opulent Villa can accommodate up to twelve guests with its five bedrooms and four bathrooms, located just twenty minutes away from Disney World, Orlando.
The Villa has access to the Windsor at Westside Clubhouse which includes the Tu Casa Bar and Lounge, a full-sized fitness center for all your health and workout needs, a video arcade, market, and deli as well as a sundry shop for your small necessities.
An incredible gated resort awaits you with a ten thousand square foot clubhouse, a magnificent lake and pier, a zero-entry resort style pool with a huge waterslide, a lazy river to float down and a water playground for the kids!
The interior of Villa Best Memories is perfect for up to twelve people with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The main floor has the largest bedroom with a queen-sized bed and private bathroom. The second floor has four rooms in total with two of them that come with king-sized beds. The other two bedrooms on the second floor have bunk beds one which has four twins and the other has a full size and a twin. You will also have access to your own private swimming pool and there is an outdoor dining area to enjoy an ice-cold drink or snack after your swim!!
The gourmet kitchen has all the modern amenities and comes equipped with stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining and food preparation area will come with all your cooking needs in the way of pots and pans, dishware, cutlery, and drinking glasses.
Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of forty ($40.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours notice prior to the check in date.

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp.
Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your needs. POOL HEATING FYI: *The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer. *It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature. *The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature. *The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi. *On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely. * Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate.

HOUSEKEEPING:
All of Plenitude Villas properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.

FOOD:
Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay.

GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL:
Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below:
• Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am.
• There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable.
• There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable.
• Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable.
• Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty
• Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.

To avoid additional charges, we ask that you leave our homes in the same conditions as when you arrive.
