Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: All food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments. POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home. ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning. Smoking is not allowed at the house. No pets are allowed at the house. Check out is at 10 AM unless agreed with the host. Treat the house as it is your own. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $ 100.
