Located in the community of Encantada Resort, Kissimmee, Plenitude Villa’s wonderful property of Villa Frozen is a perfect townhouse for up to eight guests with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It’s also under twenty minutes away from Walt Disney World and several other Disney attractions including Disney Hollywood Studios, the Animal Kingdom Theme Park and Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park. The incredible Encantada Resort is an incredible luxury property location in Orlando, Florida with several amenities including an amazing swimming pool complex, with a zero-entry pool as well as a pool with a jacuzzi. There are dozens of lounging chairs for you and your family to sit and relax after your swimming workout. The Clubhouse at Encantada Resort features Romy’s, a place for beer, wine, soda or pop and snacks. There is a twenty-four-hour reception for all your needs, a kid’s playground and a great walking and running track if you want to stretch your legs that winds around our beautiful and natural adjoining lake. There is also a nearby pier and catch and release fishing! Our guests will also have access to the full-sized fitness center with weights, treadmills and bikes. The main floor gives you access to our superb dining room, spacious and gourmet kitchen. The second floor hosts the three bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed with private bathroom and the other two bedrooms have two twin sized beds. All rooms come with flat-screen, high-definition televisions and there is a sofa pull out bed as well. Our rental also has access to laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels. You will also have your own private pool for exercise and fun in the back of your home, air conditioning and an outdoor security camera as well for added security. Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of forty ($40.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours notice. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Exact décor may vary Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp. Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs. POOL HEATING FYI: *The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer. *It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature. *The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature. *The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi. *On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely. * Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate. HOUSEKEEPING: All of Plenitude Villas properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival. FOOD: Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay. GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL: Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below: • Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am. • There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable. • There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable. • Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00) • Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable. • Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00) • Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty • Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.
