All of our homes are self-catering. We provide only an initial starter pack to help you on your first night that includes. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, trash bags or toiletries.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below: • Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am. • There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable. • There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable. • Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00) • Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable. • Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00) • Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty • Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person. To avoid additional charges, we ask that you leave our homes in the same conditions as when you arrive.
