Kitchen includes an open granite breakfast bar with stainless steel appliances, dual wall ovens, gas cook-top island, & custom wet bar. Granite vanities, a jetted tub, & a wrap-around shower encompass the owner’s retreat. Enjoy the private heated pool , beautiful mangroves, & outdoor lounging!

This property has built in air conditioning, free high-speed WI-FI internet and cable television. Your safety and security are our utmost priority, and the door comes equipped with an electronic lock and code. Villa Boat has several areas to highlight including your own private pool and hot tub which can be heated for an extra fee. There is also a games room , Home theater , and more!
Kitchen includes an open granite breakfast bar with stainless steel appliances, dual wall ovens, gas , a jetted tub, & a wrap-around shower encompass the owner's retreat. Enjoy the pool, spa, grassy backyard & outdoor lounging! Min 30 days to 1-year leases. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator and connects to the nearby dining area. All dishware, cutlery, pots and pans.
Villa Boat also has access to laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Exact décor may vary Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp. Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs. POOL HEATING FYI: * Guests pay all their utilities.
*The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer. *It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature. *The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools. *On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely. * Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate.
HOUSEKEEPING: All of Plenitude Villas properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival. FOOD: Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay. GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL: Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below: • Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am. • There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable • Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00) • Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable. • Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00) • Parties Allowed • Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.
As per HOA rules, the minimum stay is 30 nights - if you want to stay shorter, you'll have to pay for the full month. Also, utilities bills are not included in the quote and must be paid by the guest.
